James Dollar, a founding member of Dollar-Flowers Realty Partners has responsibility for acquisitions of real estate and has been responsible for the raising of capital funds and deployment of those funds for development since 2001. Prior to helping establish Dollar-Flowers Realty Partners, Mr. Dollar was President of Dollar Properties, Inc., a real estate brokerage and acquisition company for 15 years. Mr. Dollar received his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Arkansas Medical Center in 1973. Over the course of his 30-year real estate career, Mr. Dollar has been involved as a broker and investor in over $750 million of commercial real estate transactions.
Dean Flowers, founding member of Dollar-Flowers Realty Partners has responsibility for acquisitions and development of commercial real estate, and also raising capital funds and deploying those funds in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to his time at Dollar-Flowers, Mr. Flowers was 50% owner of the Darrow Group from 1996 2001. From 1986 1996 Mr. Flowers was owner of Dean Flowers Investments and co-owner of Legacy Capital Company. Mr. Flowers entered the real estate industry in 1978, and from 1978 1986 he worked at the Hank Dickerson Company, one of Dallass largest commercial real estate companies with over 100 brokers in Dallas and Houston, Texas. Mr. Flowers served as the Senior Vice President of the Land Division, and led the company in sales for 1984, 1985 and 1986. Mr. Flowers received his Bachelors degree from Southern Methodist University in 1981.
Pete Flowers, a Partner at Dollar-Flowers Realty Partners, is primarily responsible for financial, legal and operational functions at the firm. Prior to joining Dollar-Flowers, Mr. Flowers was a Development Associate at Gables Residential. Prior to Gables, Mr. Flowers was a Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Wells Fargo Bank, where he was responsible for a portfolio of over $300 million in commercial real estate loans. Mr. Flowers earned his BBA in Finance from Baylor University in 2001 and his MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist Universitys Cox School of Business in 2010.
Jeff Jackson, a member of Dollar-Flowers Partners has responsibility for acquisitions and development of commercial real estate, and also raising capital funds and deploying those funds in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Dollar-Flowers Realty Partners, Jeff began his career in 1996 with TIG Real Estate Services in the Dallas industrial market. In 2000, while still with TIG, Jackson relocated to Memphis to lease a portfolio that was acquired by Kennedy & Associates. Jackson then joined IDI from 2002 to 2007 in Memphis where he handled over 10 million square feet of transactions ranging from 1,500 square feet to 800,000 square feet. Jeff made the decision to relocate back to Dallas and began working with Granite Properties on their industrial portfolio. Jeff leased over 400,000 square feet of industrial space for Granite in the last two years and has helped develop an additional 500,000 square feet of space throughout the DFW market. Upon Granite selling their portfolio, Jeff worked for Stream Realty Partners where he leased and sold primarily warehouse and office showroom product. Additionally, Jackson helped acquire clients to add to Stream 3rd party marketing platform.
